Description

Wine Enthusiast 90 points – Made with a mix of 80% rye and 20% malt, this whiskey is scented with honey and hops. The palate is distinctly drying and slightly nutty and citrusy. Adding water coaxes out hints of pecan pie and praline, finishing with a flou | Floral and spicy on the nose with a well-balanced mouth feel and flavor up-front and back-end spice, cinnamon on the mid-palate. Underlying notes of dried fruit and black cherry with hints of tobacco, vanilla and oak.
